Overview
Each day we had a series of panel tasks whereby we learnt about all the sectors available in Fidelity. We also had opportunities to network with current employees and peers, along with workshops.
Skills
I have definitely developed my skill to research and learn new information in a short time span to then present it confidently within a group.
Business Insight
It was certainly interesting, giving me an insight into exactly what different teams do and how they lie within the banking world.
Culture
Incredibly friendly, they are genuinely interested in helping us progress.

To a large extent, good blend of interactive activities and panel sessions.

Having seen the culture through this week, definitely research Fidelity before the video interview as there are plenty of interesting facts you can genuinely discuss.
