  • 8. To what extent did the virtual experience help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • This is something that I felt was lacking especially from the point of view of a trainee solicitor. Our interaction was with the partners in the firm that our higher up in the hierarchy and therefore, even though they provided wonderful insights into their experiences with the firm, I would have enjoyed hearing the future trainees at the firm a little more to understand my work profile as the junior-most in the hierarchy.

  • 9. How much did the virtual experience help you in understanding the company culture?
  • The firm's culture was very well explained and displayed. Having attended the Insight Day and the Fusion/BPN Workshop, I can vouch for Denton's inclusivity and its constant efforts to represent BAME aspirants. Additionally, the graduate recruitment team was helpful in driving solutions to persistent problems faced by non-law students with respect to the procedures mandated for qualifying in the UK.
