About You
I really enjoyed being able to ask questions throughout the process and not just during a brief period at the end of a virtual non-interactive open-day.
Despite the virtual nature of the event, I enjoyed being put in break-out rooms to complete the assignment

The Company
It was quite well-structure, it is a shame that not all questions can be answered due to the virtual nature of the event.
Everyone was relaxed, approachable and friendly
Unfortunately, a virtual open day is not the best place to see a firm's investment in an individual, given that it is hard to genuinely have a conversation where the trainee/partner could express interest in you. Although, I really liked to fact that there were only about 40 participants. I really felt like there had been a selection process to allow us to have the best experience possible.
The Q&A with the trainees/partners and the business game really helped to picture myself working in the firm.
Being able to talk to trainees, as well as partners who trained there a couple of years back really showed the investment and passion of the employees in the firm.
I feel like I can make an informed decision, and I'm confident the firm matches my values and interests

As much as the virtual nature of the event allows to. I could not ask questions to the partners, which was a shame.
Too few opportunities, though the business game was an innovative way that other firms do not offer.
No speaker touched upon that, it has probably been difficult to socialise by other means than video or phone calls
I'm really hoping to be able to have a longer experience within the firm through a vacation scheme
