The Role
The office atmosphere was enjoyable in terms of being treated equally and being listened to. The work was a mix of fun and dull, a standard characteristic of a junior level job.
My opinion were listened to and at times acted upon. I was included in all meetings and decision making processes.
My manager specifically was a bit distant but other people in the office were very supportive and always happy to help.
It's a fast pace and you have to keep up but it is manageable
I was given a lot of responsibility and was valued as a true member of the team
My skills have become hugely valuable, specifically considering I am now looking at full time jobs and being told so by other companies!
The Company
The office is fairly quiet and corporate
Organisation is good and communication generally fast
They trained me well
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Very appealing!
The Culture
I was the only one
Expensive but fun
LONDON
No formal that I can think of but loads of social events in pubs
