About You
I think the insight was informative, very well structured, and had some great events/talks that helped me learn more about Goldman Sachs and its divisions.
The fact that the company organised this 2-week (virtual) programme in the middle of a pandemic was incredible. I had great support throughout the duration of the programme which made me feel extremely valued.
I had the support of a Virtual Buddy throughout the duration of the programme — she helped me learn more about her role, life at GS, and offered some great guidance on how to build a career in Front-end Engineering and UX design at Goldman Sachs.
I gained some very valuable soft skills along with some practical knowledge about Engineering that will undoubtedly aid me in the future.
The Company
Very well structured — each event was very relevant and had great diversity in terms of speakers and panelists!
Extremely friendly.
From my virtual buddy to division-specific representatives, this programme was full of very smart, knowledgable, and — most importantly — helpful people who helped me gain a holistic understanding of life at Goldman Sachs.

Extremely valuable — I now have a great understanding of the different divisions and workflows at an investment bank!
Everything Else
Yes, I was paid very generously for my two (virtual) weeks at the firm.
Yes, there was an entire session on Wellness, Resilience and Corporate Engagement which showed how Goldman Sachs helps employees engage in activities outside of work. It was great to know how the firm invests in and supports the mental health of employees through its wellness initiative(s).
Yes, certainly.
