The Role
It was definitely the best experience! I loved the internship . The learning curve is vert steep, the projects I worked on were extremely interesting. Also , people give you a lot of responsibility which makes you learn even faster and feel like you are valuable.
I felt very valued. They would always include me wherever they could, always available to explain, always giving me stuff to do and going through corrections together.
Very good explanation and guidance from most people I worked with
In general I was very busy only the last week did things cool down a little. I tried to see as many things as possible, and always kept on trying to jump to new projects and new opportunities to learn
People give you a lot of responsibility. Even if I was an summer intern analyst people especially by the end treated me like a full time analyst which was very rewarding.
Even though the finance skill themselves are not exactly applicable in my mathematics degree, the skills I gained such as hard work, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, judgement will definitely follow me for the rest of my life.
The Company
Very good and enjoyable atmosphere. Everyone willing to help you while also getting to know you
The organization was excellent. The staffing, the events organized, the opportunities, all were very well organized
A lot! Especially during the first weeks we always had training sessions and then also colleagues were always ready to help and explain you everything you had a question on
