The Role
Really enjoyed it. Made super valuable connections, and learned huge amounts both technically and about myself and what it takes to be a success in this industry
At the start people generally didnt give interns that much time, but as it went on and I built connections i felt very valued
Super support from human capital and super support from managers, who went way beyond what I had initially hoped for
Sometimes very busy, sometimes I feel like I could've been a lot more busy. I asked for projects but some people were unresponsive and I feel there should be more of a push for people at the bank to give more time to interns
Not too much, just projects which had no monetary value/risk
100% - I have learned so much about how to use my brain, how to approach problems, how to build valuable connections, which i can take away from this internship
The Company
Much more pleasant than I anticipated
Super organised
Some people - a huge amount, for others, not so much
Extremely appealing- i would love to work here
The Culture
yes - everyone was super friendly and helped each other
Expensive
Dont know
not really
