  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really enjoyed it. Made super valuable connections, and learned huge amounts both technically and about myself and what it takes to be a success in this industry

    • At the start people generally didnt give interns that much time, but as it went on and I built connections i felt very valued

    • Super support from human capital and super support from managers, who went way beyond what I had initially hoped for

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Sometimes very busy, sometimes I feel like I could've been a lot more busy. I asked for projects but some people were unresponsive and I feel there should be more of a push for people at the bank to give more time to interns

    • Not too much, just projects which had no monetary value/risk

    • 100% - I have learned so much about how to use my brain, how to approach problems, how to build valuable connections, which i can take away from this internship

    • yes - everyone was super friendly and helped each other
