The Role
The most compelling internship experience I could have ever expected. Steep learning curve, very good environment, with colleagues always available to help. I have been incredibly involved in the work-flow of the team, taking high responsibilities. The culture is the right one for young people who want to learn and start a successful career path.
The team, and the firm in general , tend to involve the young employees as much as possible. This means that they value your skills, and they reward you by assigning important tasks even during the internship. Notably, the people give honest and constructive feedback, and reward the high-quality standards delivered in a given task
Good guidance and support. People are always available to help
Very busy on 80% of the internship, as a result of high involvement from the team
Extremely high. It has been the most surprising aspect of my experience there
The skills I developed will prove relevant for my future. Both hard and soft skills learned will be useful. Sadly, since the academic paths are usually too far from the real job, some hard skills will not be really of interest in the degree studies (due to a mis-positioning of the academia, not of the firm)
The Company
Extremely good. Good balance between being friendly and professional.
Very well structured, with talks from people of the division and of the firm in general.
