The Role
Excellent experience, meaningful tasks.
Very valuable. Helped on major projects.
Good support, improved as the scheme went on.
Reasonably busy, always had a task to work on big or little.
Extremely high responsibilities. Producing work that was used in vital Ex-Co meetings.
Gave me a goal to work towards, built motivation and drive to aim higher at University.
The Company
Very busy and friendly. Only issue was occasional desk limitations.
Well organised, good structure! The first induction week was an excellent way of getting everyone up to speed with the industry.
Heavy invested! Nothing was too much! RLAM gave me the required skills and experience to return in the future!
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very appealing! feel like a fully fledged member of the RLAM family.
The Culture
Very social. Weekly drinks and daily lunches! It is what you make of it.
Very expensive but manageable! very competitive salary provided to cover these costs.
Good! Weekly team drinks and many establishments around to venture out in the evenings.
Some opportunities, due to the timing of the placement, the office was very busy and less team events were on from this matter.
