    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • There was always someone willing to help whenever I needed it.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I always had something to do, but the work was not over-bearing. So, I was never bored because I always had something or the other to work with, but the team didn't expect me to get it done as soon as possible. The deadlines were realistic and help was accessible whenever I needed it. I nearly always leave the office before 5.15.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I'm surprised witjh the amount of responsibility that was given to me. Having interned at another company the previous summer, I thought this internship would be similar to that one in the sense where I would do a lot of maintenance work. Instead, I am doing similar work to everyone else. E.g. there's a task that needs to be completed for products A, B and C. Two members of my team are doing A and B while I am doing C. I'm always part of the daily scrum and weekly catchup, as well as further catch ups with my manager every couple of weeks.
