Spring Intern Review

I really enjoyed the insight program because I felt constantly challenged and had the chance to learn something new every day. There were lots of entertaining events organised for us which kept us busy and engaged! We had the chance to meet a lot of people and got to hear their viewpoints.

I felt valued at the firm because everyone was always willing to give their advice whenever I had a question. I really appreciated the fact that lots of people gave up their time to share their experiences with us. What's more, the program was very well organised and there was always lots to learn.

If I needed to, I felt that I could always ask for support or guidance. People were very happy to give up their time and help if they could. I also liked the fact that we were allowed to be as independent as we wanted to be, which meant that I could shape my own experience at the firm.

The advice and guidance that we received helped us to develop skills which will not only be valuable in our studies but also in our daily life. There was a lot of information to take on and a lot of new things to learn which was both challenging and rewarding.

The insight program was very well structured because there was a good balance between work and free time. A lot of various enjoyable events were organised for us, which meant that we were always busy and constantly learning. What's more, what we learnt at the beginning of the program helped us towards the end of the program.

The general atmosphere during the insight program was very positive and lively. There was a lot of new information to take on and working with the other interns helped us to learn from each other. The organisers of the program were always happy to help and answered any questions that we had.

The firm invested in us throughout the program and made sure that we were constantly challenged and learning new things. A range of activities and interactive sessions were organised for us, which I thought was very useful. We were given the opportunity to meet lots of different people, who gave their advice.

The insight program really gave me a chance to understand what it would be like to work at the firm. This is because there were a lot of opportunities to shadow current employees as well as to ask them questions. People were always happy to help if they could and offered their time and advice.

There were a lot of opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the firm! I really liked this because it gave me the chance to hear a range of different viewpoints. What's more, networking events allowed me to ask a lot of questions and to learn a lot of new things.

I would definitely recommend this insight program to a friend! This program allows one to learn a lot of new things as well as to develop skills that will be beneficial in both their studies and daily life. Support and guidance were offered throughout this challenging and rewarding experience, which helped me a lot!!
