The Role
The work was always interesting and the changing nature of the project meant it was always interesting
My colleagues and bosses were very keen to give positive feedback or offer advice and tuition with anything I was finding difficult.
My managers made it very clear that any support I wanted was always available, and they definitely couldn't help enough if I ever needed anything.
Some days were very busy, others were a little quieter but on the whole the workload was very balanced.
I was given progresssively more responsibility as my placement progressed as and when I demonstrated my ability to cope with the responsibilities
I learned a lot of valuable skills, not just relevant to the profession but also in dealing with people and helping to strengthen relationships
The Company
Everyone got along really well and were keen to have fun, bit were always respectful and professional
There was a clear structure and induction process as well as interim reviews to assess progress and issues
I had full involvement with all staff training events

Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I have been given positive reviews with a view to a job offer upon graduation
The Culture
Everyone got along very well and I was accepted into the team as though I had always been there
