Marketing Intern Review

I am enjoying work at Elevate RTC as I have been assigned with different marketing projects which makes me feel important and allows me to handle real life marketing projects. This allows me to improve my skills and knowledge I have gained from university.

I feel valued by my collegues, as I have been assigned a marketing project. All the responsibility is given to me and my collegue. Therefore, I feel values as all the marketing decsions and work is done by us. In addition, friendly atmosphere and collegeues were very welcoming. This allowed me to settle in well.

The guidance we recieved from the senior management was very clear. On the first day we had a face to face meeting with my supervisor who in detail explained, what exactly does he wants from us and what the project is about. The meeting allowed me to have a clear view and start working on the project without any confusions.

I am fairly busy on daily basis. Everyday, I have different things which needs to be done for the porject. For example, Calling or E-mailing different companies for quotes and material, Desigining and researching best websites or materials for the firm.

I have been given full responsibility with the project. In clear words my supervisor has told me that they trust me fully with this project and work on the project and bring out the project the way I would like to. This allows me work more flexible and easily as I am not limited to any requirements or demands.

As I am studying business Management & Marketing. This internship has allowed me to develop my skills further, apply my knowledge in real life situations and business. Moreover, the internship has also boosted my confidene as I have come across new collegues and clients. Moreover, support from my supervisor has also allowed me to be confident in the work I am putting in for the company.

It is very easy going and friendly. Friendly atmosphere played an important part for me to settle in well at the workplace. Moreover, in general the atmosphere is always very calm and friendly.

The internship was offered through Nottingham Trent University Graduate internship scheme. Therefore, the company collborated with university well and we even had one meeting through university where we were briefly prepared to meet our employers. In the second meeting I was directed to my employer which was very well strucutred and made the internship process look important and professional.

The company hired me for the reason to improve their hiring plan and strategy. Therefore, there was no training needed. However, I was provided with all the equipment or support I needed in order to work for my project.

Future employment prospects is efficent and improving, as I have developed a new hiring plan for the company therfore, the hiring process and the organisaton representation has improved. Therefore, future employment prospects is looking good!

Yes I was working alongside one collegue who just graduated and we had a good understanding and team spirit in order to come up with the best plan for the firm.

GOOD.

The office closes at 5pm.

There are a lot of bakeries, corner shops around the office, which makes it easier to grab lunch and walk around.
