Amazing experience! You learn so much every single day and the people around you are extremely smart and talented, both employees and fellow interns.Absolutely recommended to everyone who wants to get an insight into Investment Banking in one of the most successful and highly reputed firms in the financial industry.
The experience truly shows what it means to be an employee at the firm. Hence you feel valued and you really get to feel like you are part of the firm. Also, the employees at the firm value you a lot as an intern and they absolutely do consider you an important part of the firm.
The people are very nice and there is a big network you can rely on in case you have any questions and doubts. Everyone around you wants to make you feel as comfortable as possible and people make sure you are enjoying the experience at all times during the programme.
The firm really does invest a lot in teaching its employees and developing their skills, both soft and technical. I learned things that will absolutely stay with me for the rest of my life and assist me in both my academic and professional life in whatever job I will take on.
The Company
The program is highly structured and every single activity is meant to teach you something new. Every day is very challenging as there are a lot of activities and you are always busy doing something. Furthermore, the program is structured in a way that gives exposure to various parts of the firm so you learn as much as possible.
Everyone was collaborative and very nice. Employees were available in meeting with interns and talk them through what working at the firm is actually like. The atmosphere among interns was very relaxed and we got to know each other very well and create meaningful connections that I am sure will last for a long time.
The firm definitely invested a lot and they really wanted to make sure we would enjoy the programme.
A lot - you get to talk to many employees and that is very helpful when it comes to this.
Talking to people is crucial with regards to this, and you will have many chances to do so during your insight.
Very valuable. Absolutely made me even more interested in the industry.
