  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • BAML has welcomed us in amazing conditions, offering us an incredible accommodation next to the offices and a diner with operationals. All the employee were very nice and warm.

    • The firm makes us understand that they believe in the people and by offering such an amazing week of networks and insights they make us feel valued.

    • Everyone of the junior talent team was very responsive and helped us live this week easily.

    • The insight shadowing of a sales person was an unique opportunity to see concretely what I am studying for.

    • The days are very well organized and booked that no ones feels to overwhelmed but not too bored too.

    • The atmosphere is really nice as everyone has an open mind and is here to learn about the world of financial institutions.

    • They made sure we had all the material to understand the banking industry.

    • We had the chance to talk to people from every divisions from various seniorities.

    • We had a deep presentation of societies in BAML anD how the employees collaborate.

    • We had a full day in a division giving quite a nice insight on every position in each division.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • We were very lucky to be accommodated in great rooms and to have our train tickets reimbursed.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Several like one networking cocktail, one career fair and one networking diner. Plus each day employees went to deliver presentation and we could talk to them.

    • Very relaxed and people were very responsive and willing to be here.

    • Of course they are involved in many societies like language courses, tennis clubs etc.

    • It’s an amazing opportunity to have a feeling of how banking is like.
