About You
The insight was an experience well-worth the time spent. Nothing dragged on despite the length of each day, and the overall experience made me more interested in working at the firm in the future.
It's hard to say I felt hugely valued as an individual simply due to the nature of the program (a lot of people and not a lot of time), but as a group we were very much treated as future employees and colleagues.
I cannot say I particularly developed too many skills at the event, but I was constantly receiving new information throughout the event and it was greatly helpful to me, perhaps more beyond than for my degree.
The Company
Overall the insight was well-structured. The first major event was a high-energy, well-delivered cyber security talk that worked well to set the scene. The networking events were excellent but I felt that they may have been better placed as an ending note.
Mostly due to the length of the event and size of the group it would be difficult to give us individual development pushes, but it's certainly
Everything Else
I did not require reimbursement, and it is an unpaid insight program.
It was mentioned relatively often that J.P. Morgan offers a large amount of extracurricular activities but there wasn't too much depth.
