  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I found this insight extremely useful for my personal development. I was able to get a clear introduction to the financial industry and what J.P.Morgan are able to offer.

    • I found all of those who I encountered from J.P.Morgan extremely friendly and they took the time to answer any questions I had in great detail. As this was about an insight rather than completing work for the firm; I wouldn't necessarily say valued but rather welcomed.

    • Guidance and support could be found in abundance. All questions were answered thoroughly.

    • I found that the skills I developed at this insight week are transferable to any career I decide to undertake.

    • This insight week was well structured and all communication was clear and precise.

    • I found the general atmosphere positive and professional as to be expected of this insight week.

    • The insight week was all about our personal training and development. Of course it was also to see if we would be the right fit for them from their perspective. Nevertheless a considerable amount was invested into us.

    • Talks were given from various sectors for the company therefore giving considerable insight. With opportunity to shadow certain roles for ourselves.

    • There was a large emphasis on company culture which came across in the insight. From this I was able to understand what it would be like to work at J.P.Morgan

    • Coming from a non-finance background into the finance industry, I found the majority of the content invaluable.

    • Travel costs were able to be reimbursed and accommodation provided if necessary.

    • There were two main networking opportunities to meet other employees at the company.
