The Role
A well balanced program, brimming with insight and experience.
Team mates and colleagues I've met at J.P. Morgan have been exemplary - friendly, supportive and helpful, fostering a culture of mutual support.
Support and guidance is available through your manager, and especially from team members who are extremely knowledgeable about the kind of work you are doing.
It can be challenging, and keep you fairly busy throughout the work day, but there's plenty opportunity to socialize and work life balance is encouraged.
I was given the right amount of responsibility for an intern - an opportunity to contribute to the team and learn about the business.
An incredible amount of relevance to my field of study, and practical experience for working life.
The Company
Great culture of collaboration and mutual support.
A very balanced program overall, with a dedicated recruitment team supporting interns throughout the process.
With it's vast pool of resources, J.P. Morgan is able to provide excellent training, particularly for technologists.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The company takes good care of it's employees.
The Culture
Excellent, there are many ice breaking events, company events, team drinks and interns will often meet up for lunch and drinks after work.
Glasgow's got some of the most affordable rents and drinks in the U.K.
Many bars to choose from.
Plenty of internal clubs, groups, talks and events to choose from.
