    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Technically I found this placement difficult and very challenging however I have learnt a lot and had many opportunities to explore different types of work.

  • I felt like a really important member of the team. Everyone around me was very friendly and supportive.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My manager was very patient with me and would always answer all my questions as detailed as he could. He would support me a lot at the start when I was overwhelmed with all the new things I was learning.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?

Some of my training would occasionally be delayed or I would be unable to sit in on as many meetings as I would have ideally liked. Apart from that, which was out of my managers control, it was ran very smoothly and was structured.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I could go to as many talks/training sessions as were available to me. I would have liked to be able to spend more time in other departments to learn what they did and
