  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It has given me an insight to the career world especially in teaching and handling the practical. working environment is very different from the university environment when all the theories have to be put into practical and sometimes the decision making requires critical thinking that was not learnt from the theory.

  • Firstly the senior colleague has given a warm welcome on the first day I started working. throughout the internship, they guided me by all means and shared precious techniques in handling the lab work which will be very useful for my final year project. I don't feel like a stranger at all even from the first day I started working.

  • the internship really does expand my skills especially in lab work as I get to understand the underlying principle behind the methods applied for every single experiments session I have done. the training also exposed me to a variety of different methods in achieving ones results and how to modify certain techniques depending on the situation.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
