  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Very demanding but great experience, it turned practical what I learnt throughout my studies

    • I enjoyed team working and it was very useful for learning quicker and to support each others

    • The help and support across management and HCM was great, it helped to focus exactly on the aim of the internship

    • I was quite busy, I would say that at the beginning it would have been better to schedule the mandatory meetings at slightly different hours

    • Not that much, but the structure does not really allow interns to get much responsibility. But, I actually believe it is a correct thing

    • It was very useful to be hands on the market, I have never seen before what was actually happening on a daily basis on the market
