The Role
Great company culture. A lot of effort put in to make sure everyone gets to know a little bit about all the company's divisions and activities. Great infrastructure and technology. The downside was that the work performed was quite easy, I was not too busy and never felt out of my comfort zone. The hours were also not very long (approx. 10 a day). I wish I had worked more
I felt they were really supportive, all took time to answer my questions and were really helpful with everything.
Lots of support and guidance. Management/supervisors were always available to help me and answer my questions.
Not much. Some times really bored of not doing anything. It was not challenging.
Not much. But probably expected of interns.
Not much because my degree is not directly related to the financial industry.
The Company
Great. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
Very well organised. For me personally, maybe a little bit too much.
In terms of resources and monetary investment, probably a lot. In terms of giving me projects that would force me to reinvent myself and improve a lot my skills and work capabilities, not much.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Great. But it depends a bit on teams and divisions.
The Culture
Yes. Everyone was nice, made a couple of friends and went out together.
London is really expensive.
Did not really tried it.
Not really because I was only here for 10 weeks, could not get involved in long term activities.
