The Role
Very much so
As similar to below, the fact that the work given mattered, when you produce high quality work you feel unbelievably valued as it is then used and used and you are given thanks and praise about it,
The support network is incredible.
Fairly busy as I was able to manage and take charge of my own time. It helped with time management skills as you could find your own balance.
The responsibility given was surprising as I was given work that actually affected performance of the firm/had an impact.
It helped with communicating to seniors/those more experienced - my communication style has become more professional and persuasive
The Company
Very welcoming and warm. Everyone was always approachable.
Very well organised. There was a point of contact for every one/thing. You knew who to go to for whatever situation.
Flexi Time
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing. I would love a role within the firm.
The Culture
Very high considering it's central london.
N/A
Yes as there was the annual community team works day which allowed us to participate in charity work. Not only this but we had the privilege of joining the various sports teams/network groups that held events.
