The Role
I really enjoyed my internship. I got to meet a variety of people in different part of the firm, i sat closely with my manager to understand the team's strategy and i had opportunities to contribute in a meaningful way to the team.
My colleagues were extremely friendly, i felt welcomed the moment i walked through the door. Everyone is approachable and welcoming and willing to help
I sat next to my manager and could always escalate any issues i had to her. HCM were extremely supportive and set up weekly sessions for questions.
My managers really took the time to understand what i needed to keep motivated and i always had work to do or someone to shadow.
I was given more responsibility that i thought i would get as an intern. My team works closely with me to make sure i understood the process and procedure to help me feel comfortable with the task
Absolutely! I learn how to network, how to present, how to interact in a team, how to think through a problem and how to facilitate my self learning.
