  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt like I fit in well with my team, in the morning it's a light mood where I was chatting and joking with the rest of them whilst working and in the afternoon when it gets busier it got to a more serious atmosphere but with occasional light comments still being made.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Feedback given on a weekly basis.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Generally very busy but in a way which meant you didn't notice how quickly the time went but occasionaly too busy and not able to do everything, though that is normal in a job anyway.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was taken on as a normal member of the team and so had full responsibility and also I was given two projects, one of which was my project and the other a project share among 4 interns, which both were very important and were left to me/us.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Not necessarily in my degree but it has helped me to further develop my soft skills which I will use in all aspects of my lift including future jobs.

  • They've been running the internship and graduate scheme for a long time now and have got the right balance, introduction and layout.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They want and expect the best out of everyone and want you to prove yourself to come back on the graduate scheme and so they put lots of time into training you and giving you overviews of the rest of the bank.
