The Role
. I really enjoyed my internship.
Everyone in the team contributed to the great experience I had working in M&S. I was able to feel valued and as part of the team and always received the needed support.
I received all the support I need with every aspect of my work.
I was pretty busy given that fact that most of my time I was working on a real project. I felt engaged with my work rather than bored and felt fulfillment when I was delivering it on time.
As I mentioned above, I was given a real project with real impact on the work of the team. So, for me it was a great responsibility to deliver that project.
The skills I developed will assist me to a great extent, especially in my degree as I am studying Computer Science. However, I do believe that I was able to reflect on my team work and communication skills as well, and this will be of help even after my studies.
The Company
It is a really good place to work in because you have access to everything you need to do your job
It was really well organised from the first day
The company invested considerable amount of time and resource in the development of my technical skills as well as my personal skills and gave me enough responsibilities to feel engaged
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
There are good prospects of future employment as I believe that I was able to make a good impression.
The Culture
Yes, the company did considerable efforts in creating such a social scene
