The Role
I really enjoyed it because I learnt a lot of things about the castle, myself, and marketing / PR.
My supervisor gave me a lot of advice
There were always something to do, but we could take a break sometimes.
I didn't had that much of responsability since it was my first job and internship but it's better I think to learn. I had the possibility to some creative work on my own.
The Company
It was pretty well organised since it's a family owned castle and we had a free accomodation + some expenses covered. the first morning we had to visit the park and gardens that the visitors would visit ( being at the reception was one of my task)
My supervisor, the PR manager helped me a lot and always told me what was the problem and how I shoud do to resolve my mystake.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
It was more to gain a first experience, but since it's a family organisation there is only 2 workers.
The Culture
It was ok even if there were a little competition from my fellow colleague
I had a free accomodation and I only had to pay for my food, no car/bus fee since it was within the castle where I worked.
None, since it was in a village
Not really, except of shopping there wasnt much to do outside.
