I felt that my contributions to projects we worked on was valued. This was very important for me because it made me feel connected to my team mates and the firm.
There was a lot of support. I sometimes felt that the whole firm had been geared towards providing assistance for us. I was amazed at the caliber of people who were willing to meet up with me to discuss any issues I wanted.

The people in the firm were very passionate about what they did. This gave a sense of people to me because I knew I was on the right path to joining a firm with a vision.
The firm invested a lot not only into providing training and development for the interns but also just making sure that their two week stay will be a pleasurable and memorable one.
The insight internship made me perfectly understand what an analyst at Goldman Sachs does on a day to day basis.
The culture of the firm was so obvious that you could almost feel it. This is a very cohesive firm and all the employees are bonded by a very strong culture.
What we learnt in the internship is specifically meant to enable us determine if the firm is a right fit for the interns and whether the interns are a right fit for the firm.
