  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a great way to learn about the different desks in the Securities division

    • The frim made an incredible effort to ensure that we were constantly learning and supported during the insight

    • We were always able to reach out to HR and our mentors about any requests or questions. Everyone was very helpful

    • The skills I developed will help me with my studies in Economics and Business. I have a greater understanding of how the concepts are applied in the financial world

    • Very well structured. We had interesting talks, opportunities to discuss what we had learned and a lot of opportunity to work shadow people

    • It was really energetic, positive and everyone was eager to learn as much as possible

    • They invested a lot of time in ensuring we had people to reach out to, to learn from and to speak with about our interests

    • It gave me a good insight. Employees were very informative about their hours, schedules and the various training processes

    • I learned that there is a strong team culture in the firm. People also have a great work ethic and meritocracy is a key value

    • It was a two week programme and it further affirmed in my mind that I really wanted a career in securities

    • Yes everyday. We had ample opportunity to meet people in the firm
