About You
The Spring Internship was fantastic. The people, the culture, the teamwork, make Goldman Sachs a place where you really want to work.
I felt very valued. It was demonstrated by the organised events, catering, and genuinely helpful employees. At Goldman everyone is valued, everyone is willing to help you, and everyone has an input.
In the first week all of our events were organised. In the second week it was up to us to organise many things, such as networking. However, if you were well organised and planned, you could make the most of that opportunity, and fill your schedule.
During the internship I not only learnt things that will be beneficial in an investment bank, but also everywhere else. They really know how to help you develop your own personal brand.
The Company
The first week was extremely well structured. The second week was largely up to you to make the most of it.
Amazing. Everyone gave a 100% and the team spirit was definitely there.
Goldman invests a lot in its employees and interns, and trust me, it shows.
I'm giving this an 8, because although the work shadowing was extremely insightful, we didn't always have the exposure to the practical side.
Attend the spring internship and you will know the culture well.
Very. I don't want to work for anyone else.
