The Role
Very valuable environment, both professional and friendly
They recognized my work and my initiatives
My supervisor was very helpful and took her time to explain to me every detail
The first four months were not very busy, as I was above all learning, but then from the moment I was in charge of projects I was busy everyday
I was in charge of 3 projects : - redesign the flights manual - implement a new process of adding special requests (training documents etc) - create an efficient way to communicate data
Practice of English Autonomy Interpersonnal skills
The Company
Very friendly and helpful environment
The flights manual is a long term tool, and the new process of addind requests is to improve the bookings organization
