I feel very much appreciated. This really keeps me motivated to continue delivering excellent results!
No matter at what time and when i need any kind of support, there was always someone to give me advise or direction.
I had my own projects and I was able to structure them and coordinate my own progress. Was a great responsibilty but also there was always someone to give directions and to measure results
It helped me a lot, the trainings which i made here are highly recommended and gave me a close view to some of the most sufficient business topics which are part of my studies.
The Company
Very professional and friendly environment. People have daily meetings or business calls, you can always here something is happening in the office...
Very well. I had my schedule right at the beginning and set up of my objectives. I had 1 month, 3 month and 6 months reviews which had the idea to track my progress,work and also personal development. How am I developing myself within the industry and how am i covering my tasks are the one of the purposes of those reviews. In overall I would say it is very well organised.
I had the time and the ability to ask everyone , to cover as much topics as I want and also access to many different trainings. My manager allowed me to participate in very important internal and also external meetings which gave me an excellent opportunity to see close the business processes . I learned and had the chance the feel the atmosphere within those meetings. It was great!
