The Role
The summer internship was very enjoyable, and furthered contributed to my passion to work in the industry.
I felt incredibly valued by fellow interns and employees at all levels of seniority.
By having our best interests at heart, Human Capital Management played a fundamental role in guiding each and every intern to an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
I was always very busy with interesting tasks, which meant that the days went by very quickly.
A very high level of responsibility was given to me. There is no limit to how much responsibility you can get at this firm, once you show that you are ready to embrace it.
Working in teams, meeting deadlines and adapting to a high pressure environment have all enhanced my overall efficiency, both in my degree studies and beyond.
The Company
Fast paced, high intensity and team orientated.
Very well organised and structured.
A lot of time and resources were invested in each and every intern.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing.
The Culture
Yes, there were many events for interns over the summer, organised both internally and externally.
Quite expensive as we were located in the heart of London.
Great, London has something to offer for everyone.
Yes, there were many activities outside of work for interns.
