Position Overview: 

Please be advised we currently have 7 opportunities in Maidenhead & 1 opportunity in Spennymoor

Our EMEA ANZ training department are striving to extend their training reach through the continued development of a multi-platform training solutions. As the Digital Training Intern, you will support the Digital Training Manager in the accelerated development of the on-line training material to support the growing demand from our customers. 

You will assist in the creation and development of digital training through Articulate software that supports both our intranet and extranet training sites. This will involve: -

  • Creating video content – both filming and editing. 
  • Sourcing and preparing images from our internal library.
  • Upload translations and liaise with Commercial Training Managers to prepare courses for publishing. 
  • Editing and approval of new course material. 
  • Liaising with the US DIGITAL team to review training material that can be adapted for European market to in-crease our volume of courses.
  • Support digital tracking through salesforce.com

What Are We Looking For?

  • Second Year Bachelor University Student seeking a placement opportunity and intending to return to full education after the placement
  • Studying Digital Content Creation, Marketing, Design or comparable business-related degree and achieved at least 2:1 to date 
  • Experience of working with Photoshop & video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Articulate 360 is desired but training can be provided
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work at multi levels within a blue-chip company
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Technically minded
  • Flexible approach – to have the ability to multi-task, be open to new methods and ways of working
  • Team Player: to work remotely and in person with a multi-cultural team on a day-to-day basis
