Corby / Full-Time / 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

Your responsibilities

  • To aide in improving Admin/Transport performance by monitoring KPI’s, through gathering and analyzing data and suggesting areas of focus for initiatives and investment
  • To evaluate Admin/Transport workflows and identify waste
  • To work, learn and understand all of the functions within Admin/Transport to ensure processes and procedures are relevant and suitable for current operations
  • To liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally, in order to understand the impact processes and procedures have on Admin/Transport
  • To evaluate Admin/Transport workflows and identify waste and propose improvements. To promote new ways of working by evaluating innovations across the industry and checking viability within Admin/Transport

Your profile

  • Good communication skills across all hierarchical levels, both verbal and written to various audiences. This includes report writing, formal procedures and project plans
  • An understanding of Lean principles and project management
  • An understanding of basic supply chain
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data gathering and analytical skills
