Process Organisation and Internal Controls Placement
Milton Keynes / Full-Time / 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Your responsibilities
- Support the Head of Safety Risk and Resilience and the Quality Assurance and Processes Coordinator in ensuring that local and corporate policies/procedures and regulations, as well as local laws are implemented across the GB & Ireland functions.
- Develop an awareness across all sites ensuring local responsibility and accountability for the following: Internal Control System, Local Laws and Internal procedures, policies and Regulations.
- Undertake local audits and inspections in respect of Process and Organisation and Internal Control System compliance.
- Ensure corporate abbreviations and distribution groups are correctly used and allocated throughout the organisation.
- Building partnership relationships with key stakeholders.
Your profile
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to initiate and drive a continually improving Process Controls.
- Competent MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst working with several different, complex tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to assess situations, recognizing difficulties and determining the action needed to achieve a successful outcome.
