Role Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Programme Management Office within our Programmes function at AS Actuation UK.

The business comprises a significant quantity of highly technical engineering/manufacturing projects and programmes the effective leadership of which will be pivotal to our continued business success. You will learn to support Collins with the effective planning and execution of these activities right across the lifecycle. You will learn key tools and processes to support the programmes teams to effectively deliver to customer demands.

Upon joining our team your responsibilities might include:

  • Support to Project Manager in key areas - relevant to lifecycle stage of the project
  • Utilises basic Project Management Tools & Techniques
  • Maintains schedule actual dates and baseline
  • Conducts project control tasks on behalf of the project
  • Gathers analyses and distributes KPIs associated with the project
  • Administers key project meetings such as risk review or CMB
  • Support Project data generation for customer reviews
  • Support Project data generation for internal reviews
  • Supports governance of project via CMS
  • Contributor to key project documentation such as the Program and Development Plans and cadence reviews

Job Holder Requirements:

A current undergraduate studying a relevant degree and on project to achieve a minimum of 2:1, with a passion for Aerospace.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must be able to commit to the full 12 month placement (apart from the 25 days annual holiday).
