What you could be doing:

Network Development Analyst Placement: You would not only collate and analyse important decision-making data, but you would be responsible in presenting this data to important stakeholders and decision makers. This role has potential for huge exposure within the business and would be ideal for anyone with great excel and analytical skills. You would be able to take away real life examples and exposure of starting a business from scratch and the knowledge you can gain from those working with you and mentoring you will be invaluable.

Within this role, you are given real responsibility throughout your year with us. You will support the Network Development Manager in compiling studies for potential new locations, helping to coordinate launch activity and preparing training materials for new launch sites. You will also perform ‘mystery shop’ phone calls and emails to our network, presenting your findings to key stakeholders and outlining areas to improve. 

Marketing Analyst Placement: You will work within one of the fastest growing departments in our business. Based within the Mobility team, they will be reviewing market data and researching solutions for some of our newest products. You will support in finding different ways for our customers to use our products and cars as the market is now about usership, not ownership. 

You will support the Rent-a-Car Pricing & Demand manager across a wide spectrum of responsibilities and projects. For example, researching competitors’ customer propositions and online journey as well as analysing demand within the market and highlighting risks and opportunities. You will play a vital role in coming up with innovative ways to ensure high performing results.

What can you bring with you?

• You will be enrolled at a University which offers a 1 year industrial placement
• Studying towards a Finance or Business related degree with a proven record of academic success
• You are analytical, accurate, data driven and have a great attention to detail
• You display strong Microsoft Excel skills 
• You enjoy using your initiative and the opportunity to work within a team
• You can organise and prioritise your own work to deliver to strict deadlines

What to expect from the assessment process:

You will then be invited to complete an online video interview where you have the opportunity to tell us about you and your amazing qualities

If you are successful after completing your video interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes offices. Here, you will complete a Competency Based Interview, deliver a Presentation and take part in a Group Exercise. We’ll provide you with appropriate support and guidance before you attend
