Job Description

Our Marketing Assistant Placement is an exciting opportunity for students who are keen to kickstart their marketing career. You can expect to have a real impact on growing our business and delivering best-in-class experience.

You’ll be working as part of a team who plan, create, and execute integrated marketing initiatives designed to raise brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

As a Marketing Assistant you’ll be responsible for auditing the performance of content, making recommendations and editing.

Day to day you will:

• Work to understand the needs of our target audience and work with marketing teams to explore channel performance.
• Audit the performance of marketing campaigns and blogs. As part of this you’ll use digital marketing tools to collect data to understand content performance.
• Use your analytical mindset to measure web pages and blog views, engagement and ultimately understand if the content is converting to new business.
• Make recommendations and present ideas to stakeholders on how the content performance can be improved and enhanced.
• Writing content and reports with your findings.

Throughout this placement, communication skills are important as you’ll be working with a variety of people and will be presenting your ideas. You will also have chance to put your creative flair to use, through understanding our processes and suggesting enhancements for the future.

Qualifications

To apply for this opportunity, you must be an undergraduate currently studying a Marketing or Business related degree, and be able to undertake a year in industry placement in 2023.

The placement will start in July 2023 and end in August 2024.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You’ll also need to have strong analytical skills and be a proactive individual who is curious about what we do and our products, as you’ll be driving content enhancements.

The use of Microsoft Office is essential. Any knowledge of google analytics, SEO tools and Monday.com marketing tool is desirable but not essential.
