Health and Safety Placement

Your Responsibility

• We are seeking a dedicated individual to work alongside the Health and Safety Manager in the UK. The successful candidate will be trained to provide advice and guidance to employees and work with the management team on H&S aspects of the business.
• Your main responsibilities will include the administration of the Health and Safety systems, support with office safety which will include fire, first aid and visual media. You will be required to attend our customer sites to conduct inspections, observations and support with near miss and accident investigations.
• The successful candidate will support the EMEA team with improvements to the management of H&S culture using the available tools. You will also support HR with Wellbeing initiatives and assist the management team in implementing legal H&S requirements. Previous knowledge of this detail is not required and the skills and knowledge to fulfil this role will be provided by Swisslog.

Your Profile – What we are looking for

• All applicants must be self-driven, professional, credible, passionate and committed to Health and Safety.
• Applicants must communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholder groups and focus on customer needs and customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will hold a UK drivers licence.
