Sales & Marketing Placement

Please note you must have the right to work in Ireland to be eligible for this 12 month placement opportunity.

As a placement student you will rotate around the core functional areas of our team, gaining an insight into all the key elements of our online business. This will provide you with the best platform from which to build your future career.

Specific areas you will gain exposure to, will include:

  • Website merchandising & trading
  • Promotional planning
  • CRM
  • Content management
  • Website analytics & Paid media (Google search marketing, social etc)
  • Operations
  • Commercial Finance
  • Product Division Launches and Roadmap

Overview of the team:

The Ireland and UK online team is a centralised function that works with reporting to the SEUK & Ireland President. Our ambition is to provide our consumers with the best online experience for the Samsung brand – whether they are looking to research and buy one of our products or looking for post purchase support. There are 4 core functions in the online team (Commercial, Online Marketing, and Innovation and Development). We are a young team of digital natives looking to drive innovation and strong sales growth.
