Camp Counsellor Jobs at Summer Camp in America
Working in a summer camp in America is one of the most rewarding, challenging, exciting and fun adventures you can go on. Spend your summer at camp in America, making friends from all over the world, working with kids, travelling around the USA and so much more!
Wild Packs offer some of the highest salaries in the industry. You’ll have the security of being placed at a camp which you have chosen. We work with over 300 premier camps in the USA from single sex to co-ed, underprivileged to adventure! There is a camp for everyone. As a camp counsellor you will spend your days in the American summer sunshine, getting involved in all the activities on camp with your kids and generally having a blast!
- Full onsite training is provided.

- All food and accommodation provided throughout the duration of your contract.
- Minimum $1600 salary (not pocket money).
- Travel time of up to 2 months in the States before and/or after camp has finished.
- Complete medical insurance throughout the duration of your stay in the US.
- Partnered with international SIM providers.
- Help finding the best flights to and from the USA
- All visa paperwork and 24/7 manned phone support when in the USA.
All of the Wild Packs team have worked at camp in the States, and the vast majority of us return to camp every summer, so we know our stuff! We're excited to get you out to camp in the USA with us!
