You’ll have a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank. And you’ll help provide smart solutions for clients with particularly complex financial needs.

Business Banking

You’ll join a fast-growing team and work with businesses of all shapes and sizes — from start-ups to globally renowned corporations. We’ll expose you to a wide range of services, including lending, risk management, cash and liquidity management, trade finance, and market leading innovation propositions. We’ll give you all the support you need to meet the challenges we’ll set for you, give you an insight into this changing industry, and help you to explore where your talent can take you.

What to expect

You’ll take on responsibility from day one with in-depth training to kick-start your learning, a line manager to guide and challenge you, and a buddy and mentor to support you as you build your knowledge and skills. Working with colleagues across teams and across diverse businesses, you’ll be fully encouraged to explore every opportunity that comes your way.
