After your initial training, you will gain a unique insight into how we protect our millions of customers against 21st century threats. What to expect

You’ll work with teams behind services such as Pingit, Talking ATMs, and bPay to leading platforms including BARX - Barclays’ electronic trading platform. We’ll give you real-world, complex problems to solve, whether that means writing code to optimize our systems or developing intuitive user interfaces for new applications.

You’ll learn from leading technology experts, helping to develop innovations that could potentially make financial history. You’ll work with business areas to understand their needs, and together you’ll create technology solutions that will increase our business performance. You’ll also manage projects to ensure developers deliver on time, and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
