Your task will involve reviewing and amending a clause of the operations and maintenance agreement currently being negotiated between Vento and Konservi, a fictional services provider to be engaged by Vento to operate and maintain the wind farm once it has been constructed.

Developing excellent drafting skills is crucial for any commercial lawyer, and you will be required to use these skills on a daily basis throughout your career.
