What are we looking for?

The successful Intern, will be key in supporting the Digital Training Developer within the Retail Training Team. As the successful intern your role will include:

• Researching topic areas and storyboard to produce a foundation for digital learning creation. The learning could be eLearning, video or pdf document. Research includes talking to product matter experts, team members and researching manuals and current Knowledge Bank.
• The creation of digital learning using Articulate RISE and/or PowerPoint tool. Can include recording of voice overs.
• Setting up of courses on Learning Management system.
• Technical support for delegates attending Virtual Classroom with Vitero system. This will include telephoning delegates and finding solutions to difficulties they might have.
• Supporting in set up, shooting and editing video. This will include creative input.
• Supporting Live Steaming sessions held at our Milton Keynes Showrooms. Includes the coordination of cameras and use of GoToWebinar tool.
• Supporting and creation of surveying tool to assess delegate knowledge including administration and analyzing data
• Testing and adapting any technologies to ensure that they are supported locally in the UK

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their enthusiasm and interest in digital learning with some experience of digital creation. They will also:

• Have excellent ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Have experience in an elearning creative tool such as Articulate 360 or similar.
• Have experience in creating a digital solution from storyboard through to publishing.
• Have the ability to transfer knowledge into daily work such as how adults learn and the learning cycle.
• Be proactive and able to manage time, priorities and multi-tasks effectively
• Be able to work effectively under low supervision
• Work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Work well as a team player as well as independently using own initiative
• Be able to demonstrate attention to detail when appropriate
• Be able to maintain close relationship management with third parties
• Have a good degree of creativity
• Have good communications skills
• Be studying a Business related degree, with an expected overall grade 2:1
