Business Performance & Analytics Placement
What will you be doing?
Our teams ensure our products are suitably positioned in the marketplace and that once a customer chooses us, their vehicle is built and delivered on time. Your role will be crucial to achieving sales targets through forecasting, analysis and purchase incentive planning. You'll build and issue accurate and insightful reports with commentary to inform critical decisions.
What's in it for you?
As an undergraduate on one of our placements, you'll receive a £17,500 salary, as well as a new car every six months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence). What do you need?
To be successful in this role you must enjoy gathering and manipulating complex data from a wide range of sources. As a competent Excel user, you'll identify trends and make sound recommendations on key business decisions. These placements suit students of Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology as well as Business and Supply Chain. You'll be driven by a desire to understand what drives business success.
Our placement is open to any student at a UK university who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June/July 2021. You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement. We have a duty of care to our people and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we prefer our undergraduates to be based within a 20 mile radius of our Milton Keynes head office.
What's the assessment process?
Once you have hit the apply button, we will send you a Numerical and Verbal reasoning assessment to complete. Upon successful completion of these, we will invite you to complete an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you a little more about you.
Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a virtual assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks. You will also have a chance to meet some of our managers and also the existing student placement cohort to find out more about them and the scheme.
This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
