You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, and three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent. If you’re studying for an honours degree (in any subject) that includes a one-year placement and you’re in your penultimate year of university, this is for you.
You'll also have access to a broad suite of learning resources to develop your consulting and technical skills including our EY Badges programme which offers structured learning leading
to accreditation in a range of of subject domains including data visualisation, innovation and blockchain.
No two projects on this 12 month placement will be the same. After an EY induction, you’ll jump straight into work on real client projects in either Financial Services (FS) or UK & Ireland (UK&I).
We'll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find innovative and sound ways of solving them. You’ll work across a range of industries including Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management in FS, and government and public services, energy, retail and telecommunications, media and technology, in UK&I.
You'll attend training courses and have access to learning and development resources as well as a supportive team to lend a hand.
Whether taking meeting notes or preparing reports for clients, we’ll help coach you throughout and if you impress, you might even be fast-tracked onto a graduate programme at the end of it.
