Digital Sales Insight Analyst Placement

Roles are located in our Maidenhead office, working across Strategy, Planning, Ecommerce and Retention teams reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Media Retention. The roles are for a period of one year only. After successful completion of the internship the individual will return to their Higher Education institution to complete their studies.

What you’ll do:

The different tasks that you will carry out as part of your role in Business Development here at Adobe will vary depending on the specific business sector you are assigned to. Some of the responsibilities will be (but are not limited) to:

  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights to the sales organization
  • Translate findings into strategic or tactical recommendations using effective business communication skills
  • Create and Refresh dashboards keeping our data relevant and timely
  • Understand the customer journey for different Adobe users, provide insights on ways to improve the website and customer try, buy and use experiences and overall retention strategy.
  • Review weekly / quarterly trends against target as well as understanding impact of specific promos or activities
  • Working in collaboration with other regions, web strategy, web production, business units, marketing and sales teams to support a variety of sales activities.

What you need to succeed:

  • Currently studying a degree-course related to business, finance and/or marketing business, digital marketing, data science/analytics, which has a one-year industry work placement included in the course.
  • IT literate including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation & database. Prior knowledge of Adobe products is not essential
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Interest in data and a keen eye on spotting trends and patterns
  • Aspiration to work within a sales environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Highly-motivated with a strong desire to over-achieve
  • Passionate and willing to learn more with a growth mindset
  • Self-managing and happy to take responsibility for your own development
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A flexible, pro-active “can-do” attitude
  • Professional and presentable with an out-going personality
