EMEA Category/Customer Marketing Assistant Placement

In this role you will be part of the category/customer marketing team and will provide support to the Heads of Category and Customer marketing the managers within their teams, but also have the opportunity to be responsible for your own projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Support category data and insights analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to understand current contact lens market trends and consumer needs
  • Own the insight dashboard to capture company wise category information and provide a go to place for all insights and knowledge
  • Create reports, landscape/country/retailer assessments to deliver to local markets to increase their knowledge and country capability
  • Develop and support the market execution of campaigns, promotions and demand creating initiatives for the specific category campaigns throughout the region aligned with Global, regional and market priorities.
  • Support briefing process and category campaign development with marketing agencies

Key Knowledge and Skills:

We are looking for someone with project management skills, very detailed oriented, have good working understanding of Power Point, Excel and Word. The ideal candidate would be confident and proactive to be able to manage multiple tasks and contribute to new improvements. They would also have good analytical skills and would be able to identify trends and insights from data sets. The candidate should also have a strong customer orientation (Internal and external) and good presentation skills.


Candidates should be interested in Marketing, Statistics, Product Management, Analytics


Studying for Mathematics, Marketing or a Business-related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
